Our Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC ORDERS:

We will send your orders through reputed courier services and provide tracking number through email along with the link of the website, where you can track the package.

For remote areas, products will be sent through Speed post or Registered post, for which the tracking number will be provided and you can track in www.indiapost.gov.in

Delivery time would be within 7 to 10 working days depending upon your destination. We Will Dispatch as early as Possible & update you Tracking details.

For customised Handmade Products the delivery time will be more as we need sometime to customise.

Shipping cost mentioned is applicable only within India.

COD ORDERS:

Sorry That we are not Accepting any COD Orders as of Now. May think about it in Near Future.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Yes, We offer worldwide shipping. International Shipping is charged as per weight of the products, and as per the rates provided to us by our courier partners.

 

We have partnered with DHL and India Post – Speed Post.

CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER (FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)

 

Broadly we have two class of delivery services:

  1. Standard – Postal
  2. Premium – DHL(recommended)

Standard Postal :

The fulfilment would be done by India Post – Speed Post or International Tracker Parcel. Delivery takes 15 to 25 working days, in some worst case like delay in customs clearance it could take up to 30 days. If the package is held by customs, as per the information given by Postal department, it could take 90 working days to get released or to know the status of the package. Mokshi Collections cannot be held responsible for that. And We will not provide refund for the same reason. Please be informed about the risk in choosing this option and then place order. We recommend you to choose this method if you have no urgency or not ordering for any particular occasion as it could take longer to reach. We will provide tracking information using which you can track your packages in www.indiapost.gov.in. You will be able to see tracking information until the package leaves India. After that it could take upto 1 week to see next update. You can also track your package in your corresponding country’s postal website.There may be situations where you should be willing to communicate with your local post office and get updates about the package in case of any delays. If your country asks you to collect in person from the post office, you have to oblige to it. Postal option needs communication from both our and your side.

Premium:

This fulfilment would be done by either DHL or FEDEX. Delivery takes 5 to 7 working days. Though mostly the delivery happens much before the mentioned timelines. We highly recommend you to choose this option if you are ordering for an occasion and if there is any time constraint. Even though it costs few extra bucks, it will be worth the spend since the service will be much better and faster. You can track your packages in www.dhl.com 

 

 

Note 1: Based on your local laws there may be additional taxes applicable, we are not aware of that and we are not charging you for that. Those additional taxes, if applicable, should be paid by you at the time of delivery. Our courier partners or Mokshi Collections will contact you to inform such charges.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

 

Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Mokshi Collections encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Mokshi Collections at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
